Lot 83 of Pinnacle Woods Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Liber 160 pages 18-27, both inclusive of Plats, Macomb County Records, with a Tax Parcel ID Number: [redact] commonly known as [redact], Macomb Township, Michigan 48042.

The object of the suit is to acquire title to land.
